How to make or change an appointment

After sending this form, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment with the exact time within 2 working days.

  • We request that you arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of your appointment.
  • If you have a referral letter that is not yet in our possession, would you like to send it in advance?
  • We also ask you to bring your ID (ID card, passport or driver’s license).
  • If possible, could you bring with you an overview of the medication you use? You can request this overview from your pharmacy.

 

Wetering Medical Center is housed in several buildings that are close to each other. All buildings have a front desk with an employee who will gladly tell you where you are expected. It is therefore possible that you are referred to another desk. Your doctor may also be in a different building than you are used to. We advise to arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment starting time. That will give you plenty of time to walk to the correct building.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. If you have not canceled the appointment 24 hours in advance, we may charge a stay-away fee (an amount of 50 euros). Let us know in time if you cannot make it to your appointment. We can then use the time reserved for you for others.

During the consultation, the doctor will assess your skin and give you honest advice about what is possible with a cosmetic treatment and what you can expect from the treatment. It is up to you whether you want to receive treatment right away or consider our advice first before taking a decision.

In most cases, cosmetic treatments are not reimbursed by your insurance. You do not need a referral from your GP for this.
If you come for a cosmetic procedure that is not covered by insurance, you can pay at the counter by card or cash.
The rate for an intake with the plastic surgeon without a referral letter is Euro 150.00, which amount will be deducted from your first treatment

If your appointment falls under insured care, please take the deductible into account: this is the legally required annual contribution of EUR 385 (or higher if you have agreed this with your health insurer). This deductible applies to all hospitals and clinics in the Netherlands.

Then you can only make an appointment by telephone. You can call 020-8203465 from Monday to Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on Wednesday evenings between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
