Mijn.mcwetering.nl is a personal and secured website where you can find:

  • results of the tests that are done, e.g. pathology reports and blood test reports
  • a list of your appointments
  • questionnaires that you might need to complete for your treatment
  • letters that were send to your GP
  • information brochures about different kinds of provided health care, e.g. gynaecology, proctology and phlebology (varicose veins).

 

Are there any costs?

Mijn.mcwetering.nl is free of charge for our patients

How do I apply?

  • You can register at the front desk
  • Please bring an ID and ask the staff to give you access.
  • An employee will make an account for you and you will receive an email with clear instructions on how to activate your account.
  • After activation you have direct access to your data in the patient portal. You will receive an SMS with a login code every time you log in. Therefore, keep your mobile phone handy.

 

What do I need to use mijn.mcwetering.nl?

For the use of mijn.mcwetering.nl you need:

  • a PC, laptop, smart phone or a tablet (Apple or Android)
  • access to the internet and an internet browser like Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge (Windows 10) or Mozilla Firefox.

  • an email address
  • a mobile phone with sim card

Activation of my account is not working

When can I see the results of the lab tests?

You can view your lab test results in mijn.mcwetering.nl. The lab and pathology reports are automatically released after 14 days. Therefore, it may happen that you see a result earlier than the doctor has discussed with you. Results requested by your GP are not shown in mijn.mcwetering.nl.

I don’t understand the information in mijn.mcwetering.nl, what do I need to do?

Lab results are sometimes difficult to understand. If you do not understand information in mijn.mcwetering.nl, please ask this question at your next appointment. If you do not have a next appointment, or if you are concerned, you can contact one of our staff. We are available Monday to Friday between 8:15 am and 4:30 pm and Wednesday evening between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm via telephone number 020-8203465.

What do I need to do if the medical information in mijn.mcwetering.nl is incorrect?

Does my GP have access to my information?

No, your GP does not have access to your information. Only care providers from Wetering Medical Center who are involved in your treatment have access. Your GP or referring specialist will receive a letter from your doctor. You can find this letter in mijn.mcwetering.nl.

Can I also view my complete file if I want more information than is visible in mijn.mcwetering.nl?

As a patient you are entitled to view your file. To view your complete file, you can contact the clinic or send a letter with your name, address and telephone number. Wetering Medical Center will respond within 3 days and make a copy free of charge.

Can I make an appointment via mijn.mcwetering.nl?

No, this is not possible yet, this will be made possible in the future

Can my partner and I share one mijn.mcwetering.nl together?

This is not possible. Medical information is confidential. That is why you and your partner each have your own mijn.mcwetering.nl account.

I am logged in to mijn.mcwetering.nl, but there is no information. How is that possible?

If you do not see any information, there is currently no information from your medical file available in mijn.mcwetering.nl. After your first visit, relevant information will appear in your portal.

I have forgotten my username or password from mijn.mcwetering.nl. What should I do?

How safe is the login method of mijn.mcwetering.nl?

The safety of your medical data is paramount in our clinic. A 2-factor authentication is used. This means that after entering your username and password you will always receive a unique code by text message. An extra step to check your identity.

What is the privacy policy?

Your data in mijn.mcwetering.nl comes from your medical file. The same rules apply to your data in mijn.mcwetering.nl as to your patient file that we use at Wetering Medical Center. You can read more here about the privacy policy

I have been logged out automatically. Why?

When you close the app or website, you will be logged out automatically. This is to protect the privacy of your data. We recommend that you log out when you leave your computer / laptop / tablet, even if it is only for a short while.
