We value your comments and/or complaints because they will help us to improve our services and because patient satisfaction is very important to us. Our centre employs a complaints officer and, if necessary, an external complaints committee may be engaged. We were granted the quality hallmark of the Dutch Association of Independent Clinics (ZKN). Our clinic is therefore associated to the disputes committee of ZKN.
